I asked The Lord for a word for the month of September. The Father gave this word. And as I leaned in for understanding, He reminded me how we will enter into the New Year of 5786 on the Hebrew calendar.
The new year is marked with the start of the first of the fall feasts in both the Bible and the Torah known as "Yom Teruah" (the day of the sounding of the shofar or blowing of trumpet). Today, few people remember the biblical name and more know as Rosh Hashanah or Feast of Trumpets.
And The Spirit of The Lord says this day--
O September--a September to remember.
Yes, My Children--you will remember.
As members of My body, watch as I move.
A move to restore,
A move to implore,
A move to retool,
A move to reschool.
Yes, many in My body will see how I bring My revelation light with My power and might.
For I will confound in this month to remember and cause many to hear My trumpet sound--a song so loud, the lost shall be found.
My trumpet will blow and I will show
My Mighty right hand spread across your land.
Ears to hear,
Eyes to see,
Hearts to yield,
Souls set free.
The battle for the lost, mounted at all cost.
The enemy to lose ground as My Trump sounds.
A mighty call,
A mighty fall,
Yes, the fall of fall.
A call to all--salvation call--to spread across nations.
A hope to emerge not to be submerged.
For I will raise up My remnant as witness to evidence
Of The Freedom proclaimed,
Yeshua to regain.
I will set you free from the enemy.
My justice will speak upon all mountain peaks (in reference to the 7 mountains of influence).
For this time to remember will ignite the embers
That bring forth My fire.
My fire of revival
To spread and spread
Like wildfires certainly do.
To catch in the West, then all the rest.
You too will watch as it spreads, behold, as My fire consumes dross and mire.
A cleansing and a rebirth that will for sure renew and restore, I said I will implore.
So get ready for the quake that is set to awake--
Watch how I set the crooked places straight.
Says The Lord Your Redeemer
Upon the conclusion of this word, I started hearing the Song by Earth, Wind, and Fire "September"
The lyrics start with "Do you remember, the 21st night of September? Love was changin' the minds of pretenders, while chasin' the clouds away. Our hearts were ringin' in the key that our souls were singin'"
It's interesting that the Feast of Trumpets this year starts at sundown on September 22 this year.
This feast marks the changing of the seasons, falling into fall. And I think it's so cool how God uses songs and particularly this song "September" to add insight and impact to this word. God is LOVE and His love is changin the minds....our hearts and souls are ringin the key of His sound.

Scriptures for this word:
Isaiah 45:1-8 NKJV
"Thus says the Lord to His anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have held--to subdue nations before him and loose the armor of kings, to open before him the double doors, so that the gates will not be shut: 'I will go before you and make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze and cut the bars of iron. I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that I, the Lord, who call you by your name, AM the God of Israel. For Jacob My servants sake, and Israel My elect, I have even called you by your name; I have named you, though you have not known Me. I AM the Lord, and there is no other; there is no God besides Me. I will gird you, though you have not known Me, that they may know from the rising of the sun to its setting that there is none besides Me. I AM the Lord, and there is no other; I form the light and create darkness, I make peace and create calamity; I, the Lord, do all these things.' "Rain down, you heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness; let the earth open, let them bring forth salvation, and let righteousness spring up together. I, the Lord have created it."
